Before you book
Can I move in today?
Yes. Reserve a unit online in a few minutes, and in most cases you can move in the same day during access hours. Bring ID and you're set.
Do I need to sign a long contract?
No. Every plan is month-to-month. You can upsize, downsize or move out any time with one week's notice — you only pay for the space while you use it.
How secure is my unit?
Access is by personal PIN at a gated entry, the site is covered by 24/7 CCTV and motion lighting, and units are individually alarmed. Only you hold the key to your unit.
What size do I need?
Small (≈3m²) fits a car boot of boxes, Medium (≈9m²) suits a 1–2 bedroom home, and Large (18m²+) holds a full household. The instant estimate on the Units page prices each size for you.
What can't I store?
No perishable food, plants, flammable or hazardous materials, or anything illegal. If you're unsure about an item, just ask our team — we're happy to help.
Is my stuff insured?
Many home and contents policies cover stored goods. We also offer affordable cover at sign-up if you'd prefer a dedicated storage insurance plan.
What are the access hours?
All sites are open for unit access 6am–10pm, every day. Office staff are on site Monday to Saturday, 8am–6pm.
